Our challahs are made with the finest ingredients. Instead of vegetable oil, we use high quality olive oil. Instead of packaged eggs, we use fresh USDA Grade A eggs. You will find no added artificial ingredients or preservatives in our challah.

Our challahs are strictly kosher and are under the supervision of Sunrise Kosher/Vaad Hakashrus of Northern California.
